What is WINDOW?

WINDOW is the quarterly buying event from UNTIL. It's just like an online catalogue to share the latest products from our brands with you. 

WINDOW is separate to our wholesale website, if you are looking to restock for immediate delivery please visit until.au.

Do I have to order?

If you want to secure stock for when it arrives please place an order before the event closes. 

Depending on the level of interest from retailers these products will be added to the wholesale website closer to their arrival. For some brands the stock has been pre-ordered and we cannot increase the quantity so it will sell out before it arrives.

How do the WINDOW Rewards work?

Each presentation includes an incentive for pre-orders placed during WINDOW. This may vary from brand to brand and the reward only applies once the threshold has been reached.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped when all items are available. The estimated arrival date for each item is displayed next to it in your cart and on the presentation page. If your order contains items with different arrival dates, it will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Can I submit multiple orders?

Yes, you can submit multiple orders. You may want to do this to group items that will be delivered together. Remember that we offer free freight on orders over $1000 ex GST, so try to avoid submitting orders for less than this amount.

Why are only some brands shown?

We showcase different brands each quarter, based on new product launches and delivery timeframes. All other brands are available to order through our wholesale website.

I need a top up of a few things, should I use WINDOW or the UNTIL wholesale website?

Both platforms can accept an order, but WINDOW is for a future delivery, typically several months away. If you want a top up ASAP, please visit until.au.

Do I need to pay for the order now?

No payment is required upfront. You will be invoiced upon stock arrival. 

If you have an existing account, your usual credit terms will apply. Otherwise, we will reach out to you for payment when the order is ready to be dispatched.

Can I change my WINDOW order if I don’t want the stock when it arrives?

All orders are considered firm and we order this stock from suppliers on your behalf. 

If you are unsure about trading conditions or are not ready to commit to the stock, we recommend ordering from the wholesale website when the stock arrives.

How do I add a PO number / duplicate the order for my second store / provide delivery instructions?

On the cart page there is a box for Order Instructions. Please include your requirements there or you can email us at hello@until.com.au.
